Jeffrey B. Ehney
Founder & President
Founder of iCARD Systems and author of several "patents pending" pertaining to card technologies and funds management, his professional career crosses the real estate, finance, publishing, and telecommunications sectors. He has played a management role in 4 start-ups. As Managing Director for Ladder International's Southeast Asian business, Mr. Ehney set up and ran a BBC & Walt Disney licensed multimedia publishing office in Bangkok. He was a founding employee of a fabless semiconductor start-up affiliated with Washington University, Director of Business Development for Huntleigh Securities e-brokerage unit, and Financial Analyst for CBRE in San Francisco. He began his career at Executive Hills, a prominent Kansas City-based developer, and then worked with the Thailand-based developer Raimon Land. Mr. Ehney obtained his degree in Finance from Abilene Christian University and he speaks several languages. Based in Ft Lauderdale, he enjoys traveling and is the father of five.
Scott Walker
CEO
A seasoned financial services professional with management and technical expertise, prior to joining iCARD Mr. Walker was President of Hamilton & Sullivan a provider of online banking and cash management services. There, Mr. Walker grew revenue and increased profitability while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction for some of the nation's top regional and community banks and credit unions. Since Mr. Walker led the company through its eventual buy out to Fidelity National Financial - a Forutne 500 company (NYSE: FNF) in 2003, he has been an active consultant. Mr. Walker began his financial services career with Sytematics turned Alltel Information Services, where he held various management positions with oversight for outsourcing contracts, systems development, product strategy, and remote operations. Mr. Walker holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from Lipscomb University. Mr. Walker resides in St Louis.
Eric Strautman
Marketing & Communications
Eric's background is a rich, 22-year blend of Internet and traditional marketing disciplines. He has experience in product development, advertising, public relations, technical writing, Web application development, corporate communications, entrepreneurism, and corporate and product identity. Eric has been at the helm, helping his employer and/or clients traverse industry-altering technologies like desktop publishing, Internet marketing, email marketing, electronic document and e-bill delivery, and high-end digital imaging technology.
Eric's educational background includes an MBA from Baker University, a BA from Abilene Christian University, and two-and-a-half years of frolicking at the University of Kansas. Eric has additional training from Dale Carnegie, Toastmasters, Sanders Consulting, and the Ewing Kauffman Foundation.
Eric's employment background includes work for a Fortune 50 manufacturer, a state chamber of commerce, an ad agency, a graphic and strategic communications design firm, a Web development firm, an Web-based shareholder communications firm, the nation’s largest printer and mailer of first class mail, a cutting-edge digital imaging studio start-up, and now an industry-leading card promotions firm. Yes, he's old....and nimble.
Eric lives in Kansas City. His hobbies include distance running and road racing a Spec Miata, the Sports Car Club of America's largest and fastest-growing amateur racing class.
Kimi Klasser

Kimi Klasser is a 15 year sales & marketing professional with a focus in online strategy for the last 10 years. In her current capacity she enjoys the opportunity to help clients truly make a difference for their employees and customers. Most recently she was a Senior Account Manager at O'Grady Meyers Interactive, a Meredith Publishing company, and was a key player in several promotional and product programs for Nestle lines. Prior to that Ms. Klasser was the Manager of eBusiness & Internet Marketing for Targus Group International, the world's largest manufacturer of mobile computer accessories. As part of her role with this global company she lived in Europe for two years and assisted the company in the launch of their European and Asian online shopping platforms. Ms. Klasser holds a B.A. in English and Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, Ca. Ms. Klasser lives in Los Angeles.
Andrew Barrett-Weiss

Andrew Barrett-Weiss is an experienced operations and business development executive with extensive management experience in interactive commerce, real estate and media. Over 7 years with IAC/InterActiveCorp, he managed IAC/InterActiveCorp's vast real estate portfolio (over 300 locations and 8MM square feet), the renovation of a Sunset Boulevard building by legendary architect Frank Gehry, capital and operating budgets for real estate efforts in Los Angeles and around the U.S. and provided operations leadership for several interactive commerce companies including Citysearch, Gifts.com, Ticketmaster, Evite and others. He has been recognized for his work engaging stakeholders, negotiating with vendors and resources, and creating positive work environments. Prior to his work in interactive commerce, Mr. Barrett-Weiss worked in the entertainment industry as Manager of Program Planning and Strategy for the FOX Network, Director of Programming for Warner Bros. Television and as a Vice-President of Creative Affairs at NBC. Andrew also serves on the board of the nonprofit Powerhouse Theatre, where he has produced more than 80 award winning events and productions including The Shaggs: Philosophy Of the World (2003 LA Production of the Year) and A Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant (2004 LA Production of the Year). He received a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University and has completed some post graduate work at UCLA. Mr. Barrett-Weiss resides in Los Angeles.
