Steve Ernst
Mr. Ernst previously served as iCARD Systems’ CTO and was formerly a senior technical consultant with iGate Capital (NASDAQ: IGTE). He has over 12 years experience as a Systems Engineer/Architect. Mr. Ernst has extensive applications development experience with financial payment processing and brokerage systems including, First Data Corp, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, Federal Express, and Glaxo-Welcome. Mr. Ernst has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska.
David Carrithers
David Carrithers is President & CEO of National Scrip Center. Prior to joining NSC David was a business consultant with BusinessHive providing over ten years experience in the incentive and debit card industry, and served as a member of the MasterCard Smart Card Development Board. He also has served as Chief Information Officer and VP of Technology for American Express Incentive Services (AEIS). Prior to that, Mr. Carrithers held various positions at Maritz, Inc., including Division VP of Strategic Planning and Director of Business Development. At Maritz, Mr. Carrithers led the development team that created and marketed the Exclusively Yours Card, one of the most successful incentive products ever launched. Mr. Carrithers holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, advanced certificates from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business in Finance and Business Development, SaintThomas University in nonprofit business management, MBA from Trinity College and has completed graduate work in International Affairs and Business at Washington University.
Bill Midgley
Mr. Midgley has extensive business experience and expertise in the Incentive industry. Bill is a 26 plus year veteran of Maritz, Inc., one of therecognized leaders in the field of Incentives. He held senior levelmanagement positions in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Training, Strategic Planning, and Business Development. Bill was one of the key individualsinvolved with the development of the Maritz’ Exclusively Yours MasterCard award product which was the first (and Patented) application of storedvalue/debit cards in the Incentive industry. Prior to joining iCARD, Bill was President/Owner of AwardsDirect, Inc., and President ofIncentiveAwards.com, providing consulting services to Incentive companies, promotion marketing agencies, and Fortune 500 corporations. The legalcommunity has designated Bill as an Expert Witness within the businessdisciplines of Incentives, Motivation, and Performance Improvement. Mr.Midgley is credited as the lead inventor of an innovative e-commerce Payment System that is currently Patent Pending with the U.S. Patent Office. Bill is a graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University and currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri with his wife Debbie.
Bill Corrington
Mr. Corrington has over 30 years experience in information systems. He has founded several startups including Financial Data Systems (An online data center for banks, S&L, credit unions), and National Cachecard (A Smart Card Company). He has managed product development and financial transaction infrastructure operations at IBM and Citicorp. Mr. Corrington holds a B.S. degree from Yale University.
Mike Centrella
Mr. Centrella has more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications, Internet, and data communications industries. Prior to co-founding Momentum Technology Partners he was the CEO and co-founder of Merlot Communications, a leader in developing hardware and software solutions that integrate voice, data, and video for the small-to-mid-size enterprise (SME) market. Prior to starting Merlot, Mr. Centrella was a co-founder of Avidia, a provider of ATM switching technology, which was acquired by PairGain Technologies for $94 million in 1997. Previously, Mr. Centrella was a senior executive at FORE Systems, a $600 million (annual revenue) provider of enterprise and telecommunications hardware and software. He joined FORE at the start-up stage and served in a variety of senior management roles through the firm’s highly successful Initial Public Offering. Mr. Centrella has also held executive positions at several prominent technology companies including Kalpana, 3Com, Saros, and Texas Instruments. Mr. Centrella holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Fordham University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from C.W. Post College.
Ray Seefeldt
Ray is currently responsible for Technical Support, Change Management, and Information Security for the Federal Reserve System’s Check Processing environments. Ray’s was previously a Senior Manager for e-Business and e-Controls services in the Central Region for Deloitte & Touche LLP. Also, his background includes prior experience with the Federal Reserve, where as Operations Officer he had responsibility for information systems, payments systems, wire transfer and securities. is a Senior Manager for e-Business and e-Controls services in theCentral Region for Deloitte & Touche LLP. His background includes ten years with the Federal Reserve, where as Operations Officer he had responsibility for information systems, payments systems, wire transfer and securities.
Jim Winkelmann
Jim has worked in the secuirities industry since 1981 where he began his career with Paine Webber and went on to form Longrow Securities, Inc., an NASD broker/dealer, in 1986. He founded Huntleigh Capital Management, an SEC Registered Investement Advisor, 1988. Jim served as Chairman of The Missouri Securities Industry Association from 1993-1997 as well as serving as an NASD Arbitration Panelist from 1992-1998. Longrow purchased a self-clearing brokerage frim, Huntleigh Securities Corp. in 1996 and subsequently sold it in 2001. Huntleigh underwrote Builders Pro-Loan Fund (PRLNX) in 1997 where Jim served as Treasurer. He was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1998. Jim currently serves as Principle of Huntleigh Capital and HFI Securities, both of which are wholly owned subusidiaries of Longrow Holdings, Inc. and he is a member of Young President Organization.
